All claims for shortage, damage, or other defect must be reported by the buyer to the seller within 24 hours of receiving the materials. Notification must be in writing and sent to Henry Products, Inc., at 302 South 23rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009, or via fax at 602-254-2325. The seller is not liable for any alleged shortages unless a representative of the seller verifies the shortage. The seller's liability for shortages, damages, breaches of warranty, or other defects, and the buyer's exclusive remedy for such issues, shall be limited either to a refund of the purchase price or, at the seller's discretion, the replacement of the goods delivered to the agreed-upon shipping point (excluding installation) with equivalent materials.
